Tfw can't do a single pull-up

don't worry fren, is probably because you accidentally trying to pull the entire world down to you instead!
>tfw cant even squat 4pl8
Keep trying, you WILL make it.
I went from zero pushups to 70 too before I seriously started lifting. It's all about dedication and trying.
>Tfw been lifting for multiple years and still can't do a one armer chin up
it's like there's a wall that I'll never get around of blocking my progression
It's problem of weight not your weak muscles. Your body is so heavy you literally cant pull yourself up.
t. guy who was skinny and now is fat.
Its ok, women arent supposed to be strong, just be kind and sweet and we will love you
>tfw never got an Olympic gold medal
>probably never will
there's always curling bro. It's in the rules that you have to buy the other team a beer, they aren't real athletes
Are you training for one arm chin-up? Because if you don't you will newer be able to.
This. When I first started trying to do pull-ups I could probably only do 1-2 full range ones, worked up to 8 over the course of a summer.
Now I am big and jacked and can do wicked pull-ups like +50kg and explosive high pull-ups.
Not true. I never trained for the one arm pull-up I just did lots of back work, and I can do a one arm pull-up starting from a 10% bend on a good day, can't quite get the full range and I'm scared to for my bicep.
Just use a machine or do negatives until you can do it on your own
Lmao I misread pullups as pushups here Even better, at my first attempt to do a chinup I hit my friend who coached me in the balls. At 60kg I could do ZERO Chinups, but a few years later at almost 95kg I could do 18 clean Pullups. It's a weight progression of 35kg and 18 repetitions. Plus, weighted pullups were at +30kg too.
The thing with those exercises is, the more often you perform them, the better you get. Try every back day with banded pullups, negative pullups, static holds and any other alternative until you work your way up to actual pullups and chinups. Granted, my main exercise were Pullups for that year too but this only furthers my point.
Start doing assisted pull-ups with a lowered bar or a chair and do them from an incline. You'll start doing real pull-ups in no time.
Try doing weighted pull-ups. This is THE most effective way of becoming stronger and increasing your rep range

I could do 3 half-assed pull-ups 6 months ago. Now I can do 20 easily
sick back fren, that goes into my motivation folder
Use one of those big rubber band thingies.
I couldn’t do a single one back in high school, now I’m 19 and do 10 full pull-ups easily thanks to them.
>just hit 1pl8 dip
It's good, man. No-one is born strong. Keep at it, keep consistent, you'll make it
I was in your same situation, now I can do 5 reps. In my experience, you have to train often (at least every other day) and do a lot of half-reps, plus negative reps. You're gonna make it, it just takes time.
And your weak muscles
Start with your chin already above the bar and lower yourself down as slowly as you can. Do this until you're strong enough to pull yourself up, fatass

>QUESTION
I am not sure how often per week I should do these or how many I can incorporate into my back routine since I already have deads, lat pulldowns and db rows
>tfw can't do a pushup because you weight 100lbs more than a normal person
>noone posting scooby
Meghan Callaway has good program for this would recommend. One of the few nonthot female competent trainers along with Kellie Hart Davis. It cost around 50.
