>tfw ass mog pretty much every thot in my gym
Don't know if I should feel good or bad. I don't want to squat and deadlift anymore but I feel like I bleed strength if I stop doing these basic compound movements. How true is it?

well then post your cheeks then
yes if you stop training a movement you get weaker at it
I *just* started lifting again and literally just like three or four workouts of squat, front squat, and hip thrust have my manbooty LIKE THAT. In a few months I'm going to ascend to the state wherein one can only wear athletic pants and shorts
No, I mean if I stop doing squats and deadlifts I will eventually start bleeding strength off pullups/bench and other compounds.
Is it true?
nothing wrong with a joocy ass
it'll hurt your natty hormones, so yeah
Can u just increase the volume of pushups/bench to compensate for lack of exercise from squat/deadlift? Sounds harder but maybe possible?
Elabor8
post ass or you are full of shit
heavy compounds make you produce more T and HGH and squats and diddlies are the heaviest compounds, so you need them if you're natty
I disagree with. In order to build strength, as with any skill, specificity is key. You want to get good a bench? then bench. you want to get good at squats? squat. If anything, dropping squat and deadlift will produce better recovery allowing you to bench more often, which will make you stronger at benching than all the squats in the world.
I ass mog thots but I ain't no thot my brother.
Besides you're in the fair land of ssgomad, is it really impossible to believe a guy had a more shapely ass than a girl who literally does nothing for it?
>claiming false stats without verifying
confirmed asslet
Go take your fap somewhere else.
The duality of man. Literally two total opposite concepts.
Heavy compunds like squats have been demonstrated to result in an acute hormonal response but these increases in T and HGH are transient and no study has demonstrated an effect on upper body strength and hypertrophy as a result

just don't progressively overload
keep doing the exact same volume
straight broscience
Do farmers walks. They have the postural/ core/ upper back/ grip benefits deadlifts do. They don't make your legs bigger, but make them incredibly stable. Couple that with sprints and you have legs that both look and perform like legs are actually supposed to (inb4 cavemen used to lift 400lb rocks everyday or whatever BS)
I agree with this guy, every muscle involved is a signal to release those hormones, the more muscles involved the better, so in heavy compounds all them stabilizers etc even tho are not involved very much, they still squeeze out that sweet natty juice. I also believe that nattys should have short rest periods between sets for similar reasons, and should grunt, growl and throw weights - it really makes the difference in gainz.
POST YOUR CHEEKS DUDE
Just stop increasing your dl/squat once you get a decent one but keep increasing your bench/ohp and do lots of upper body accessory work.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAH, STOP POSTING ALITA
Relatable.
heh
You could keep doing them, but stop asking weight to them while you progress on other lifts
First: Good work. Fuck them thots.
Second: Ass mogging the inferior race should be normal. Don't stop, are you crazy?
Third: Yeah, the painful heavy compounds are neccessary for overall strength. You can't just cut the main course and expect to live off of sides and appetizers.
