That's alot more than 18% BF

You have hardly any muscle mass so eat a bit above maintenance so you can actually make some decent gains. Worrry about cutting after

I’m basically skelly mode everywhere but my waist
Idk that’s what a few websites gave me tho

That one looks a lot closer.

It'd be easier to tell you'd actually give us not shitty pictures.

You look almost feminine.
Jesus I may not be tall but at least I got a very good frame/proportions

Sorry I don’t know how to take good ones plus the rotation just happens
Im pretty retarded, as mentioned in the OP

>yeah so I need help not looking like shit
>”haha you look like shit”

Bulk and gain mass by eatting a lot of protein and nutrient dense foods then worry about cutting and creating separation later if you're going for aesthetics.

Not OP it's from a sedentary lifestyle and all the shit being put into the water and food not to mention the synthetic estrogen in birth control pills that leech into the environment because water treatment plants can't filter them out.

Based schizo poster

Men don't take birth control pills user

Hit the gym at least 3 days a week aim for 4. As a start eat at maintenance as you workout for the first 2 months, you will get noob gains and start to develop proper form on your compound exercises. After 2 months lean bulk (eat at like 300 over your tdee) for another 10 months you will still capitalize on noob gains but as you out on muscle on your lats/chest/shoulders you will start to develop a taper. Don't neglect your core as you need a strong one for heavy squats and deadlifts.

He's implying that the chemical through women's urination makes it back into the water supply. Our current water management facilities can't filter it out so it remains in our potable water supply where people can drink it.

Almost all men from the 60s and before looked like op. Go look up any footage of any large gathering of people from back then. I'd guarantee you'd call literally any of them skinny fat if they were to have been able to post here today.

Jesus christ. I hope that's not true. Fucking women can't live without dick in their vaginas and their anti-conceptives

looks like an arm with a nipple

Would it be more beneficial to just hit the gym 7 days a week? I have no qualms with that and would prefer it if it meant more gains faster.

Hey OP, you need to workout in month-long cycles; strength, bulk, cut, take two weeks off, then start over. Keep doing this until you reach your goal. The reason you're skinnyfat is because your metabolism sucks and it isn't primed to burn fat or build muscle.

In order to lift large weights to failure and get the most out of your bulk phase, you need strength. In order to get a good cut, you need a lot of muscle mass so you burn more fat than normal. In order to keep the fat off during your break, you need a fast metabolism, which cutting helps to foster. It all works together and is the best routine for anyone trying to get a better body.

Results will NOT come overnight (it took me about a year and half) and you have to be diligent and have some discipline. Each time you go to a cut, you'll lose more and more bodyfat during each cut cycle, to the point that your clothes fit better everyday you put them on.

Start with a basic strength routine (bench, curls, squats, flys, etc) at 75% of your max for 10-12 reps.

Bulk phase should be 80-85% of your max for 6-8 reps

Cut phase is 70%, which by then should be more than your original strength routine (for instance, bicep curl was at 30lbs daily but after gains, you're curling 45lbs. even though it's 70% of your max).

Don't forget to take two weeks off. I made that mistake and hurt my shoulder to the point I couldn't workout for a month. Killed a lot of my initial gains. Always get plenty of rest.

Also: No booze or crappy food during your three month phase. Only during your two week break can you consume booze/junk food. Plan accordingly.

If you smoke any kind of substance, stop now and enjoy when it's you're two week break.

Oh, another thing! You have to workout twice a day if this is going to work, 4 days a week.

1st day:- Chest and Biceps
2nd day- Legs and lower back
3rd day- Rest Day
4th Day- Lats and Triceps
5th day- Shoulders/neck and abdomen
6th day- Rest
7th day- Rest
(Repeat)

Oh a "strength routine" of the classic 10-12 reps. Oh wait, is it a brosplit? Very cool

HRT & knee socks

Why would 2 weeks of rest be necessary?

Also I'm pretty sure my metabolism is good, I've been super skinny 90% of my life but I've been drinking and eating like a bitch the last few years. I've been working out for like 3 weeks-ish and have been seeing some minor gains.

Don't worry about bulking/cutting dude, maintain and train. You look like you haven't seen a barbell in your life.

I mean I hadn't until a few weeks ago

Well then, just keep training hard and like others have said, keep your diet healthy and at a bit above maintenance.

You would risk overtraining and injury, but if you're confident you can go that often run a pplpplR or pplrppl

Yep. Not a bulk, per se, but your not in a position to cut

You're a fat fuck, no way you are anything below 20% body fat.

This is like asking professional runners if you should focus on sprinting or cross country after sitting in front of a computer your entire life. You should start lifting weights.
