Up here we have my signature dish of pork, corned beef, onions, and broccoli. And here we have black beans, sunny side eggs, jalapeños, tater tots, shredded steak, and cheddar. These are pretty much my standard bulking meals, whereas on cuts I just have nine Greek yogurt cups a day plus protein powder
