Run for about an hour.
Swim for about an hour.
Do anything that gets you sweating from exercise for about one hour straight.
Squat with no weights for about one hour or so with as many reps as possible in that time.

you probably live in the northern hemisphere, so winter is coming soon. so become a living heater. wear light clothes, regularly open windows, so room temperature drops. when you go outside, dress lightly. do cold showers. the amount of calories you can burn this way is staggering.

Fasting unironically. Once you get through the hunger pangs it gets easier. Try eating one meal a day @ 2000 calories. If your fat ass cant do that then refrain from eating for 16 hours and now you can eat with the remaining 8 hours.
