There's no way your weight loss would plateau while you're still such a hambeast. You're either not sticking to your diet and exercise regimen, or it's a really shit one.

I was at 87kg being 187cm and I had this same problem, it was absolutely ridiculous, I player semi pro basketball and after training by running I would have the inner tights really sore and irritated. Just work in your quads I guess.

No you're not, retard. This year I've gone from 260 to 167. Calculate your TDEE at sedantary, eat 500 calories under it, and then get fucking active. Active doesn't have to mean spending 20 hours a day in the gym, it means going on long walks; though obviously lifting and real cardio will help a hell of a lot more. Don't listen to all these complete fucking retards advocating fasting; if you had the willpower for that sort of thing you wouldn't be a fatfuck in the first place. Eat less and stick to it.

Mine literally started dropping as soon as I started doing cardio and eating better.
If you're just lifting then sure, it will probably take a while because your muscles need to get bigger to start consuming more calories.

Try fasting.
You also need to be honest about what you're eating and drinking. People tend to underestimate how many calories they ingest on a daily basis.

Are there things you could easily cut back on? Do you drink soda? Cut back by drinking less, switching to diet, or maybe drinking sparkling water instead to get that carbonation kick. My favorite part about soda isn't necessarily the flavor but the bubbles.

Do you drink alcohol? Cut it completely or just on the weekends.

Do you eat junk food like chips and snack cakes? Throw that shit out.

I promise that if you're eating whole foods and minimally processed foods, you wouldn't be as big as you are.
