Relaxed photograph since there's nothing to flex there anyway. I have zero fucking muscles but ended up getting too fat trying to gain some weight. Lifts went up to 0.75/1/2/2 and I wanted to get stronger but I think I'll cut for a while because my midsection is thick as fuck.

fucked up my arm and couldnt train for 2 months and my lifts stayed the same except bench which fell to sub2pl8, used to do 2pl8 5rm

I've actually been lifting on and off for a couple years but I mostly didn't go anywhere with it because I was dumb.

I stopped it for a while and came back three months ago. I've actually made some decent progress this time since I've been following a decent program and ate for once in my life lmao.
