Bumped up to 2 workouts some days. Hitting the range more often with my son. He's enrolled in a Brazilian jiu jitsu class. I train jkd and kali: class once a week, practice constantly at home. My son now has mandatory workouts 5 days a week, although his are almost all calisthenics and cardio based (and I have him to jiu jitsu related exercises and practice at home too). Will be swimming almost daily this summer, hopefully take him camping
