Don't have one, I get bored doing a routine because I like to do lots of different exercises. Usually during the week I isolate a couple body parts a day then do longer workouts with compounds and stuff on weekends.

my routine is irrelevant, what matters is volume and intensity and prioritizing compound movements. i warmup with pullups and dips, then work shoulders, chest, back, arms, and legs in that order.

More hair in general will get you more attention from women, of course you won't have that "military" look that some like but in general they prefer a head full of nice long healthy hair

would be helpful if people included first weight they struggled with alongside the number of months they have been lifting. A lot of people here already started with pretty big muscles, so "lifting 2 months" with huge muscles isn't that impressive.
