every morning and afternoon i do these sets of one-sided slight half squints and I think my tilt is improving
I've been taking pictures and measuring the angle of the tilt, and during the last month left eye increased by 0.67 degrees, right by 0.3. It's not that much, but in a couple years I can expect getting to neutral tilt, and a year from then I'll have slightly positive, which would be amazing.
