a lot of reasons, my life situation (living with uncle), got a broke dick from too much porn, hairline has been sprinting back at record pace since I was 17 so it's pretty fucked now. I also have pretty bad social anxiety, even going outside fucks me. This, OP, do a serious cut whilst liftin heavy regardless same routine, you just have to push harder and a finish your sets with less weight if you dont make it. Keep your protein intake optimal, cut back on the rest. I recommend IF 6/18 post gym. Once you reach 14% BF and abs start becoming visible, finish your cut with Yohimbine HCL. For the gf issue, dress like a fashinable boomer, compliment random women in your environment (colleague for example) until they actively say hello on a regular day, then if you see they are having a good day, ask them out for a drink or dinner upcoming WE. Don't live in your head so much, thoughts can be redirected so you don't tear yourself down
