Not everyone gets acne and those that do get it usually just get minor face, shoulder and/or back acne. It's controllable via the above mentioned methods.

No, he's right. Acne while juicing can be caused by uncontrolled high estrogen, makes your skin oily and greasy. An aromatase inhibitor will bring your estrogen down and can stop the acne.
