I made myself some vegan chocolate chip cookies last night and they were very good! I am going to eat one for breakfast with some basedmilk and a multivitamin, a brazil nut and then a cup of coffee to help me poopoo.

Been eating badly lately, not cooking as much as I used to and eating more meat than I want to. Will probably make ramen tonight, the legitimate stuff not packet shit, as I do need to use up my remaining dashi stock soon. I marinated pork yesterday so I can use that too.

i only made ramen once in my entire life (i dont really bother with cooking since my stomach problems gotten worse) and it was fun to make and really delicious. i hope yours will be tasty too :3

I drank a half a bag of spinach, a lemon, and a banana all blended up with plenty of water and ice this morning. It was really shit ton of spinach, probably more than half the bag really. Not a large bag, but normal sized, big enough.

it was delicious! they're called drozdzowka z makiem here and you can get them basically everywhere. they're also really cheap so it's a perfect thing to eat at school for example.

I've made it a few times, it's definitely not on the level as some of the stuff I had in Japan but it's definitely good enough for me to enjoy eating. It's easy enough to make too. I much prefer something like katsu curry but it's more time consuming.
You should definitely start cooking again though, having stomach problems seems like even more of a reason to do it, you can control what you eat and cooking is a lot of fun.

i can eat only beef with no seasoning, some veggies, cheese, ham, one kind of sour bread, oats, poatoes and rice (and some sweets obviously) so i really dont see any options to cook. i eat grilled burgers every day. it makes me kinda sad but i understand now that all of this is because i was treating my body like shit for too long.

What is Chicory coffee?? I am on a diet and not allowed to have regular coffee and I do not want decaf. My diet says I can have Chicory coffee though. Is it any good? How different does it taste from normal black coffee?

imo it doesnt taste like a real coffee at all. it is for sure kinda bitter, but the whole taste is way more 'earthy' and nutty and natural for me than it is in coffee. its KINDA similar to those really dark beers but without the taste of alcohol. i dont really know how to describe it, but i highly recommend it. its cheap and good for your guts since it has lots of inulin and fiber.

i cant use any seasonings besides salt. everything else is causing me some real problems and real pain.

That's an odd variety, but if you know which veggies are good for you then you can likely do a lot with those. Rice is great for a lot of things and can be filling. Beef is an odd one because it's not exactly good for you, and most burger patties are seasoned, unless you're making them yourself you wouldn't know.
Honestly that's a lot to go on, but it would be finding ways to make it all taste nicer which usually takes a sauce of some kind.

Ate some General Tso's chicken from this asian place yesterday. Now I'm constipated and put on 3 pounds. Not gonna eat anything today.

and that's the hardest part. i cant eat any kinds of sauce. ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce, mushroom sauce, anything. that hurts me the most cause i just love eating pasta.

Depending on the veggies you can eat, pesto might be okay and it works very well with pasta. Miso might be another thing you can try cooking with.
Have you seen a doctor about this to get an idea of what the actual problem is, because there seems no consistency in your diet to indicate one particular issue like gluten/salt/etc.
Being tolerant of beef but not chicken is strange to me, and I'm assuming things like onions or Worcestershire sauce will cause problems because they're quite rich. I'm assuming butter is okay as it's used to make a lot of pastry, egg too. If you had a more precise list of food you can eat I could try and suggest some stuff to make. I'm thinking hassleback potatoes, which only really require butter, breadrcumbs and salt. There's a fuck load you can do with eggs. If you can stomach mustard, croque madames are easy and can use a saltdough bread. I can't imagine a bechamel would hurt your stomach given the ingredients you can consume in other things.

I don't eat brother, it's Ramadan.
Yesterday evening I ate some homemade croissant with meat filling, then spinach ravioli with with a mushroom / chicken sauce and a cream pie as dessert.
All made by me of course.

i have a really nasty case of GERD caused by years of taking drugs, steroids, alcohol and forcing myself to puke. i cant eat eggs. i cant eat mustard. i cant eat anything besides these thins ive already mentioned here.

Wild, eggs milk and butter are used in a lot of pastry, breads and all sorts. But that sucks, don't give up finding some recipes that use what you can eat, getting bored of food can be miserable.

yeah, its not like the allergy thing where even the small amounts of allergens can kill you so i can eat sweet pastry sometimes (not with fruit though), and i do feel some pain afterwards but its not that hard.
thanks again. i just try not to think about food at all. i love trying new things to eat and its my main motivation to take care of myself now. maybe in the future it'll get better, i dont know. i take lots of meds and i really hope one day i will be healthy enough to eat a damn lasagne.
