Go for cut otter mode. That's what I am doing. Dont fall for the mass and gains meme. Be able to be in shape and still look good

My bruh. Trust me. don't try and dirty bulk or eat to get better.
The size will come with years of working at it. Don't try and get fat to get size. Worse mistake I did.
Stay lean. Run as much as you can. Do pull ups etc.
Listen to me mang. All that bro lifting is retarded. Be able to run miles and also clean and jerk your body weight.

The problem with half these dudes is that their body is so disproportionate to their faces. Like their body is obscenely shredded but they still have babyfat faces, onions beards, or long faces. I think if these guys just chilled out with the lifting a little and just kept their body nice and fit they'd look really good.

It's the contrast that's fucking destroying them.

No problem man. I know how it is being tall and skinny. Shit is annoying. But don't stress about it or worry too much. Women do like toned in shape guys. They actually prefer it.

And thanks man I've been working hard on it for a long time now. Been in sports and a lot of active hobbies.
I still feel a little too skinny but I know with having a better cut to my muscles will make me feel better LUL.

Just do what I do for work outs.
I legit run everyday. At least two miles and upwards of ten. I hit the weights most of the week. A lot of push ups and pull ups.
Then to spice it up. Play some basketball or get good at something physically.

Or play melee and learn to wave shine lulz

It does take years my guy. Just know that. Even with playing sports and living my whole life, only recent have I actually felt good about my body. It's a mindset about your life really. One day you'll feel great and good about yourself plus your own body.
And exactly I am happy but I wasn't always that way. Recently got out of a bad relationship. But what fuels me is all the runs and work outs I did even within those bad days. Even bad then I was trying to better myself in a dark place. So keeping with it actually helped me get over her. Also doesn't hurt I found some kitty at the gym as well ;^)

And no problem at all friendo. I've been there and just a little further down the road than you. It only gets more fun from now user. Trust me. Just stick to it daily. plus a decent diet with fasting and you'll be feeling and looking better than me.
Jusy fyi my calves are bigger than my arms since I play basketball and run so much lol. Don't be like me and balance yourself out.
Also maybe try out mma gyms. BJJ or gi works well with getting in shape and athletic.
It is better to be athletic than looking good.
Btw you should pick up different hobbies. Once you get good at one thing you will in turn be better at everything else.

5'8" isn't even bad for a man. Height is only important for chicks, being shorter gives you a stouter build because improved muscle insertions. Every man that has done the triple body mass clean and jerk was below 5'6".
Height doesn't provide melee combat durability neither, you can find a person who can dead lift 600 lbs, but a 160 lb boxer can still concuss them.
