My first time ever deadlifting in my life I did 315. I've been training in dead lift almost everyday. Also I lifted for a few months in early high school and had naturally high muscle mass and very long arms for my height which helps in dead lift.

Also did it completely natty. No belt/straps.

Noob trying to gain weight, but I started to get uncomfortable. Last month I weighed up to 136.4lbs, and was starting to get a gut. My tailored shirts were getting tight in the belly. I started eating less and for the first time in my life I actually was like I'm fucking starving, and I realized what diets are like for normal people.

Anyway I got down to 130 again, and started again. I'm hoping to start a consistent 4 days a week. Before now its been like a 2 or 3 times a week thing.
