Hey, I actually reached my lowest weight ever today as well. Currently 74.5kg, highest I've ever been was 90kg in the last year of high school. I still have around 5kg to go, maybe more, I dunno. It depends on how fat I will look at the goal weight. I've never been thin before so I have no point of reference to how my body would look like at a low bf%. As long as my belly isn't flat I'll keep cutting I guess.

I was down to 180 but I shamefully gained back 15 lb. Nipping this shit right now, I don't want to be like those poor fucks that gain back all their fat.

75lbs in 2 years. Sitting at 180. Feels good.

I've got about 13 pounds to go until I hit my goal to reduce my caloric deficit and start eating and lifting bigger. I've been at this weight for a couple of weeks now, really hoping to break this plateau.

Any suggestions for good high-intensity cardio/aerobic workouts for a PPL split? About 30 minutes or so per group.

The heaviest I've been is 285. My goal is 205 and I was 203~ all of last week so I thought I had enough wiggle room to cut loose at eat a little over the weekend and now I'm 206~.

was in the 300-310 range at my highest, currently 138. did a sensible CICO eating real food (in other words, not 1,500 calories worth of snickers bars daily), almost going on two years now. goal is twinkmode, have no interest in getting big.
