Only dyels do ppl. Once you're past bitch weight you simply do not recover in time

post routine

He looks like a hard boss in some gritty possibly supernatural action game with a little bit of horror and jump scares and some stealth “horror survival” mechanics

>bitch weight
oh god he fell for the strength training meme

Do people unironically stick to the same weights and not progress? Do you not understand what progressive overload is?

Imagine being this retarded

Man I'm so disappointed that Control just turned out to be another cover shooter

>He fell for the "shredded at 65kg" meme
>He goes to the gym 6x a week, yet lifts like a novice

i do PPL

The actual gameplay was a little stale but everything surrounding it was fantastic

But you use the “creatine”

Progressive overload includes volume.

why is ppl six day a week bad now?

I do PPL and I have the following stats:
>430lbs bench
>640lbs deadlift
>550lbs squat
>265lbs OHP

Because people with elite physiques like Jason Blaha and Mark Rippletits said so.

why isn't arnold split as popular as PPL? it has more emphasis on shoulders and arms some would consider it even better.

Why would you do a split used by a guy who we know for certain was juiced out of his mind?

Attached: 8Cqrjl9.jpg (640x640, 102K)

it is 6 days per week with 2 frequency per muslce group as PPL. parts are just splitted differently.
chest+back, legs, shoulders+arms.

Arnold's split is too heavy for natties. Doing chest and back on the same day with any kind of meaningful volume is too much.

6 day splits arent optimal for a natty in general.

so what would you recommend instead? not for a beginner btw.

U/L or PP twice a week. PPL twice a week if you have time.

But PPL twice a week is a six day split???

Yeah, but it's arranged in a better way.

Like that other user said, push/pull and upper/lower are good. So is pic related. Primarily, you just want to be lifting 3x a week. This gives you plenty of time to rest and grow.

U wot nigga, 48hours rest for each muscle group is enough. cancer
