Yea. I used to get into some fights in high school but I didn't have any problems because I was already training martial arts back then and I was taller than most.

The fights usually ended with me hitting them once in the face and falling on top of them usually hitting them once or twice on the ground until someone came to pull me off.

Based winning method for fights if you are tall.
If you do this if you are short, the tall person you have below you just punches you from the ground.
