i bring to work a shake containing 300ml of lactose free milk, 30g whey, 30g powdered milk and 30g of oats twice a day. has a good macro and sustains me pretty well.

This is what i do every morning:

250 ml milk (10 gr of protn)
2 scoops (50gr prot)
250 ml of white eggs or 6 raw eggs (25 gr of prot)
Frozen berries or a banana
1 spoon of pb (8 gr of prot)
Coffee

Granted I take 2 or 3 shits before leaving the house but its expected.

I will say 3500-4000 cals a day eating more than 200 grms of protons.

>1 scoop whey (113kcal, 1.8g carbs, 23.9g protein, 1.1g fat)
>~30g walnuts (205.5kcal, 2.4g carbs, 4.5g protein, 19.2g fat)
>one spoon cinnamon and one spoon pure cacao powder for taste

In total: 1784.5kcal, 213.9g carbs, 92.7g protein, 54.6g fat

how am I supposed to make that work
I can barely do 2700, but if I did 3500 I would be way faster at my goal right? wouldn't that be a little dangerous

What's a shake or smoothie with raw eggs, that doesn't include dairy or carbs?
Are raw eggs alone palatable enough to just swallow?

I used to do 6 raw eggs for breakfast also, it's almost unnoticeable when mixed with malk

If you're still a hard gainer just drink 4 pints/half gallon of milk a day on top of your usual meals, this is really manageable

If you wanna put on weight eat burgers and drink milk, it’s as simple as that

If you do 3500 you will gain more fat than muscle, but it is completely safe.

I started bulking at the exact same weight you're at, but I'm 2 inches taller. I ate anywhere from 3k to 3.2k calories and gained about 1.5 lbs per week for the first few months. That's a bit more than a lean bulk and I put on a little bit of a belly, but that's what cutting is for.

Burgers are shit for you, eat lean meat. You can throw down a burger once a week tops.

Cut out coffee, or drink it well after you've digested your shake.
