I was thinking about getting those.
Is it worth it or is it just meme?

fingertip forearm curls, captain crush version of that picture & hammer curls

hammer curls are also essential to make your arms look big

anyone saying its a meme is a dumbass or is using some cheap wallmart plastic junk, go captain crush and really make the musclefibers burn through instead of repping out like youre in a hurry to go somewhere

I got one yesterday actually. What is the best workout i can do?

just got this in the mail and can only close up to 100 pounds am I a bitch or is that normal for someone's who's never trained grip strength?

That is very good.

>hidden bragging

I'm really not, I know the weakest captains of crush is 140 pounds so I assumed 100 is an average starting point . If 100 is better than normal than what is peoples max usually ?

Bro people start with 40 pounds.

are you guys fucking with me ?

Nope. Stop humblebragging.

Calves and forearms respond to dynamic force on isometric exercises, i.e. squeezing to hold a heavy weight and taking steps or jumping.

Don't bitch out on farmer walks by glide stepping. You need impact.

not the same guy
>tfw able to do 100lbs from the start but still have twig forearms

What can you do? 1 grip? An entire set?

just did 15
>also its 50kg which is actually 110lbs kek

The average Male grip strength is like 106-126lbs

Then you're probably into lifting.

Coc trainer is a perfect step up from the adjustable one

then whats with all these retards saying closing 100 pounds is humble bragging?

i’ve had this on my desk for maybe a whole year now and haven’t used it ever. imo it hurts to use this more than any lift so i dont bother. can anyone vouch that this is actually worthwhile to use?

I have one. It helped a lot with my wrist pain from computer work
