Gym shoes

What type of shoes do you wear to the gym?

Pic related is what I wear. Effay, max comfy, and amazing build quality.

A pair of beat up cheap puma running shoes.
I want to get some proper lifting shoes but my lifts aren't big enough to justify it. I haven't earned foot support or a solid heel yet.

socks or barefoot at home

New balance 990
Got it from a sale, not the best lifting shoes but great for running

I dont believe in shoes.
Also homegym cuck.

My steadily deteriorating converse. What a shit brand btw, they fall apart so easily and I'd have to buy a pair every year if not for the fact that I wear my shoes until they just about disintegrate.

Any recommendations for flat, non compressible shoes that don't fall apart easily?

retarded reasoning. youre lifts dont matter, as long as you know you'll continue lifting get them now

bootleg converse

I am irrationally angry about your decision to put the last shoe on the left.

I wanted to leave space for the sandals that I wear to the gym before changing shoes but I decided that wasnt important lol

why is everyone here so fucking poor?

I just walked outta the gym in mine
Very flat and hard sole, but there are holes in the bottom so when it rains I have to wear my running shoes until I'm inside and change
I don't remember what brand they are and the brand name on the insole wore away like three years ago

Very uncomfortable when it rains

Black canvas converse high-tops. Yes, I am a fat powerlifter, how did you guess?

This fucking guy.

Adidas powerlift on squatting days, vans for diddlies and everything else.

Call me retarded but I prefer it the other way around. I put a towel down so I'm not completely rubbing my face against man ass but if it's that way around I just feel this gap around my lower back and it's uncomfortable.

I use the Walmart store brand knock-offs of the Converse. They're easy to spot, they change the "name brand" on them every couple of years. Usually they're about $10 a pair, less on sale. Buy a few and rotate them out, they'll last longer.

Nike squat shoes.

Nike Romaleos for squat
Adidas Gazelle for deadlift and everything else. I find them to be firm and flat.
