Congratulations. You worked hard and you got your reward. Also, thank you for actually posting something Jow Forums related.

How long did it take? I've been deadlifting for like 10 months and my bests are still 145kg for 1 and 125 for 5

been lifting for 4 months but doing diddlies for 3

With or without straps and belt?

Nice desu

without both

How long does grip strength take to improve?

At 2pl8 now, but only been deadlifting for 2 months.
Can barely manage to hold onto bar for 6-7 reps.

Just now bought a belt and straps today.
The belt, I'll probably use for my clean>press to help protect back and heavy deadlifts.

The straps....I really dont want to go down that road unless I have to and/or determine that grip strength is holding back overall deadlift gainz.

couldn't tell you desu, I haven't really trained my grip strength, I use double overhand grip for anything 2pl8 and under and mixed grip for anything above that

how many reps x sets? I am at 2.5pl8 3x5 right now, hoping to move up to 3 pl8 soon.

Gonna make it

only 1 rep
I did it at the start of my workout and have 8 diddly sets so I didn't wanna push myself so early

good job user, felt good didn't it
