If you're eating above your bmr you're bulking, it can be a soft bulk but it's still a bulk. Don't be afraid to get a little bit of extra fat, it's easy as hell to get rid of if you

do stronglifts or phrak's greyskull they are both good if you want to gym
do fierce 5 dumbbell variation if you have adjustable dumbbells and a pull-up bar at home
do reddit's recommended bodyweight routine if you only have a pull-up bar

what routine you chose doesn't really matter long term, just stay consistent
