I really hope that you dont snooze through all of those. I understanding setting extras just in case, but the sleep qaulity is non existent if you keep waking back up every ten minutes.

Yeah, I'm just paranoid about sleeping through them, no snoozing. I also kind of use them to set my pace.
4:00- start waking up
4:10- get out of bed, start getting ready
4:20- finish getting ready, eat breakfast
4:30- finish breakfast, leave for work
4:40- be at work, getting out of car
It's a little autistic but it works for me. The rest are for days I don't have to be at work til a little later, or days I don't work and just want to wake up early

8 hours a few nights is fine before it gets bad, 9 hours is a bit better but it still happens eventually.
