Prison is great environment for gains.Balanced diet. All meals prepered. Environment of men trying to be bigger and stronger than the rest of the inmates. No work to mess with your routine. Solid 8h+ of rest. No stupid social media , family drama or women needing you to do things. Just workout everyday. Prisons are like old school Sparta.

2. Weights and nothing else to do

Weights have been banned in almost all prisons. I was a CO for awhile in a big jail that housed prisoners on the top floor for a kickback from the state. The only thing they had was one basketball net on each floor and a pull-up bar attached to the wall.
