I know I'm fat and weak for my weight but should I bulk, cut, recomp or what? I've been lifting for two years now but not consistently.

I want summer 2020 to be my year so I'm going to take it seriously for the next 9 months.

Thanks for the feedback/motivation. My chest has always been my weak link so going to hit her hard and get up to 100kg 5x5 by summer at least.

Since you're the same height as me, I'd say to you recomp, maybe go down to 75 kg and cut a lot of fat, you'll look great

Shit like this is so confusing. I'm heavier than you, all my lifts are higher than yours, and you still look bigger than me. This week I benched 80kg (3x5) and deadlifted 140kg (3x5) I just weighed myself at 75kg, and if I were to stand next to you, you'd mog me. Same height as well.

Your core just looks real wide; like a strongman's or something. Not sure if its oblique or weight or compound or genetic related. More delt work to accentuate a taper and possibly vacuums might be good. Still a solid physique though

Trying to get some advice for what I should be improving.

>been going to the gym since I was 16 and played football (not that american shit) before that.

>Start with 10min run on high speed.
>Stretches and ground calisthenics (50 sit-ups, pushups and squats)
>Pull-ups, weighted if i feel like it (5 sets of 10 reps alternating fore-handed and underhanded)
>Bench-press (average I do usually 50-60kg, 4-5 sets of 10 or until failure)
>I'll use whatever machines are available (legs, lat-pulldowns, crunches, rows, but I'ts not really a strict regime)
>I end every workout with a 3min plank and leg raises and maybe try and fail at some dragon flags.
I'm not that into Dead-lifts so I'll only do them when I'm with my friend who does them. I think the highest I tried was 75kg 3 sets of 5 but it really fucked my back for a couple days.

I go for an hour run outside sometimes but again, I don't really keep it constant.
