What next, retard? Opinion on breathing air? Fucking slap yourself for me, my dude

Isn't that war machines punch bag ?

Deload when your body tells you to, not your program. Unless you're doing a ridiculously high volume/intensity program you will miss out on muscle and strength gains. If you're doing on of them it might be benefical to deload more regularly, depends on the individuals ability.

I'm focusing on the military press and bench alternating each day between them not high volume about 3x5 having one day rest 6 days training decided to take a deload week and i know im a dyel but I think i got smaller

He smacked the hair back on her.

... and a lot more, he truly did nothign wrong

It's something dumb bodybuilders made up as an excuse to go lighter from their usual ego lifting. Deloading only makes sense in the context of a proper training block and programming.

Basically a week where you lift at about 80 percent of what you normally lift to let you body rest or some shit.Don't know when to actually have a deload week cause almost everybody is toxic

Usually when you plateau iirc, obviously once you’ve been lifting for a while you will progress less frequently esp if you start hitting high numbers but the plateau is if multiple lifts are stalling and you’ve been hitting everything hard for a few weeks. Then usually if you don’t progress after that deload you switch to a different program.
Could be talking out my ass so correct me if I’m wrong someone with more knowledge but that’s how I understand it.

one week where either you dont lift or you go lighter, that serves as reset for your CNS. its useful for strength athlete but not for bodybuilder and dyels.

I find the flower tattoo on her abdomen a perfect symphony of analogies and metaphors, as during pregnancy, weight gain, age, and the loss of elasticity, the flower will wilt.

OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH MOMMY HERE WE GOOOOO
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMINNNGG

aaaahh oooo aaaa eeee aaah i i im gonna aaaaahhh eeeeee ooooo im gonna COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Does that mean that I shouldn't ever take a deload week like I know that I'm a dyel, but still. It's not like I want to I obviously want to progress on my lifts and get a better body

She was cute when she started and had barely any tatoos, now its full on degeneracy
Kopenhaver did nothing wrong

You might be right I still have numbers to hit on those exercises maybe I will switch it up, but I have to hit those numbers first

not until you get strong. basically, its useful on strength programs, when you go >80% 1RM. if you are weak/starting out, you can make gains with linear progression for 3/4 months easy, if not more. when you reach 1/2/3/4 you will eventually know yourself when to take a deload week, your body will tell it to you
