>STAND APPEARANCE:
Blue Oyster appears as a small men's shaving razor, complete with a ball-and-socket design and a blue matte finish on the handle.
>STAND ABILITY:
Blue Oyster cuts through areas of space and creates "peels" to a different time that space was in. These peels go into the future up to ten minutes, and the timing is chosen randomly at the instance of the swipe. Time within peels do not pass, until the time outside the peel synchronizes and equals the instance inside.

For example, Blue Oyster's user cuts a square of space out using the stand, revealing that same space in the next five minutes. Within five minutes, the square/peel will cease to exist, due to the times of the space synchronizing and no longer having a noticeable difference.

stand name: Aerials
power: touching an object will cause it to sprout wings and be able to fly, at the command and direction of the stand user. the wings would be able to shoot its feathers like knives.
I'm not coming up with a weakness. Let's say it required light or something, the wings wont work in shadow.

Love Captivate, like Misa's but it turns me into a chad that everyone automatically sees as a 10/10

The weakness is my dumb personality and shyness, and i still manage to struggle with Staceys but manage to shag a qt 6.5/10

>weakness: stand cant do direct damage without the user getting very close or using a ranged weapon, if the enemy finds out the ability or where i am before i attack it will be trouble.
theres a lot of options, turn your enemies against eachother, make them hear gunshots from behind, make someone else appear to be the user, etc. idk i think it would be pretty balanced and interesting to use

Ability: Can transform into any inanimate object. If the object is touched by anybody it will revert back to it's original form and grab the person that touched it. After touching it the stand will automatically try to grip you and immobilize you and it will not stop following you until it does.

Low range because I'm someone who doesn't go out much, and I stay in my own space. Also works to balance the stand.

An example of this in use would be to gain an understanding of how a program on a computer works, the user would have to mentally define the computer with the hard drive included as a single object, then the stand would have to touch a part of the computer and if the hard drive is in the stands range then the user could gain an understanding of the program works (the code, the functions, etc.). The physical touching condition can be overridden if you considered the air particles between the stand and the object as part of the object.

I'm not very smart, but I wish I was, so this stand works well for me.

Certain phrases cause targeted person to be affected in various ways. For example stop would stop them in their tracks or go away would throw them away from me.
The weakness is they have to actually hear the words to be affected, they can just cover their ears.

special move:eclipse. reduces victim's time to 0, making them essentially comatose
weakness:only works on one person at once

I also came up with what the stands stats would be.
>Destructive power - C
Live and Learn doesn't have a destructive ability and so it only has its own physical strength, which is about the same as a humans.
>Speed - C
Average. Not a notably fast stand but not slow either. Same as the average human.
>Range - E
I'm actually going to lower Live and Learn's range down to 3 metres, as I don't think it having a range of 5 metres is balanced enough with its ability.
>Durability - C
About the same as the average human.
>Precision - A
Live and Learn's ability has perfect precision and won't ever fail to go off as long as the conditions are met, its accuracy is also just very good in general.
>Development Potential - D
Someone could use the stand's ability to gain an understanding of different atoms or molecules that are part of the object defined, but there isn't a whole lot of room for development except for maybe honing the ability by finding out what components and object has (or maybe I'm just misunderstanding the stat?).

Live and Learn isn't a combat-focused stand and is focused on utility, so most of the stats reflect that. JoJo stand stats are inconsistent in that the same stat can seem to mean different things for different stands.

STAND NAME: Frankenstein
Ability: Steal an enemy stands body part to replace with your own.
Weaknesses: Said body part has to be completely severed from stand, cannot steal/use the abilities of stolen stand parts, only physical traits
