It's roughly equivalent to 2pl8 bench, if you can rep 1pl8 you can most likely rep 2pl8 bench, at least that's my experience with it.

My press pretty really fast once I started doing it as a t1 lfit and still having it as a t2 lift t1 bench days. Obviously it's nothing grand but I went from 52.5kg for 3 to 62.5 for 4 in about 2 months with a 3kg body weight increase.
