I know my bench is weak, but mostly because I hit chest equally to everything else. I see guys benching like 275 for 5 and they can barely do a 1pl8 row or 2pl8 squat.
I sacrifice chest volume for shoulder volume because shoulders are much more aesthetic than chest

Where do you go to college lol? I went to University at Buffalo and 95% of lifters there were doing lower weight than me. I saw a few 3pl8 benchers and no 4pl8 squats. Saw one huge black dude rowing 3 and a half plates. UB gym was mostly just gooks sumo deadlifting and doing sub 2pl8 bench

I would say that a 315lb OHP, 495lb BP, 950lb squat, 1350lb dead is about average at my natty gym. these guys just put in the effort.
