I do OHP/skullcrushers with barbell/ezbar. The Arnold press and both curls with dumbbells and pushdowns with the cable thingy.

Good point and I'm thinking of switching Arnold press for lat raises. Push Arnold press to day 5 along with adding bent over lat raises to day 5. I do a three day routine twice a week so I want to try to have 4 5 and 6 day be different lifts targeting the same things. Hopefully that autistic paragraph makes sense.
i started doing the jeffs cavaliere exercises he reccomenden for wider triceps, the long skullcrusher and the rope pushdown with the elbows really far back, i did it once and im already seeing gains, this guy is based
I've been keeping my elbows in front of my hips due to another video showing the tension. Which elbow position would build strength more? Does it even matter since I go heavy anyway?
idk bro you dont do isolation to become stronger, i changed the way because i also did in front of the hips and got good gains but i stalled and had no new gains, this new ways really made triceps bigger in the area its supposed to work on
