We have similar lifts and weight:
but I bet the height makes us look so different.

My torso looks really long. My legs are naturally big but they are so disproportionate to the rest of my body. I have broad shoulders but really long arms. Wut do?

and now some humbling strength standards

Also is deadlift that necessary. All it does is hurt my back.

ohp is of the big three, op is faggot

No it’s not.

I'm the same kek, just train arms every 2 or 3 days and maintain low bf. Long torso looks fucking nice with abs. I got cucked with wide hips tho.

builds pretty nice upper back, ngl. Definitely noticed a difference. It's not completely necessary though, if you train upper back properly.

I stopped them because squats just felt safer and less taxing on my joints.

Kinda?

You need to gain 40kg retard. and all your lifts are "piss poor".

Dumbbell exercises are harder than barbell exercises so don't be TOO down on yourself. Still not great, but you'll make it

You most definitely did not end noob gains. Don't look at how long you've been lifting to decide when you aren't making noob gains, you have a lot of juice left.

Also IQ and dick size have nothing to do with first impressions. You can't see either in a normal setting. For me, IQ (which doesn't really mean much) and dick size have never been a problem, but it's not like anyone cared about either when I was a pile of lard.

IQ can definitely be improved. There are a lot of things impacting IQ test performance that isn't just intelligence.
