Imagine putting anything other than whey and water into your shake.

Yes I can imagine having tastebuds.

Bumping for interest

Also tried this one with extra egg and no garlic. Was really good.

Who actually drinks protein shakes for taste?
You just chug them down in 5 seconds, retard.

Who eats food for taste? You just swallow it and be done with it

>imagine being this retarded

Food is obviously a different thing compared to a fucking protein supplement powder mix.
Enjoy your pointless extra calories from your gay ass reddit tier protein shake.

Not bad, it took you three replies to call a fundamental part of the human experience reddit. Is that your personal best?

>trim chicken breast
>season with salt and pepper
>toss on grill pan
>cook rice plain in a pot, maybe butter for flavor/bulk
done

All these retarded recipes...just eat pic attached

Cooking is also a hobby used to get to an end result.
Would you stop hitting the gym if you could simply wish for a good body?

>Would you stop hitting the gym if you could simply wish for a good body?
Not who you responded to, but yes. It's not something I enjoy so much I'd spend all this time on if I didn't get something in return.

>not eating jambalaya
>expecting to make it
Chicken, prawns, sausage, a metric tonne of vegetables, and brown rice. Tastes like heaven and is absurdly good for you.

This better be good. I'm trying it now.
Do you turns this into burgers with buns or try with something else?

I've been meal prepping this curry.

Spinach, broccoli, onions, ginger, garlic in chicken stock. Add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin etc. Boil til soft. Blend in a food processor. Add greek yogurt and grilled chicken. Simmer for a while. Add curry power and maybe more chilli powder.

This is a based curry. Lots of vegetables, protein etc. I cook a big batch on Sunday and eat it for lunch throughout the week.

I actually ate them alone as a snack with cherry tomatoes. But I thought about turning them into a burger, cant say I didnt.

Retard question but how much is 1 scoop in grams?

28-30 grams, if you use the scoop you get in whey containers

Great, now post something for rh negative nonmonkeyblood people who have peanuts and almond allergies.
Actually, don't. Il just stick to whey and water shakes

>nonmonkeyblood
>peanuts and almond allergies
Doesn't that make you absolutely subhuman?

S.O.S
Brown 1lb of ground beef in a skillet and add 1/2 cup of flower once the ground beef is done. Mix in the flower until it's no longer visible and add 1-2 cups of milk to make it as thick or thin as you want and let it simmer until it thickens. I pour it over toasted bread, but you could also replace the beef with ground sausage and the bread with biscuits.
