I've gotten to the point where I dont want to continue uni, my job has become an absolute joke where I now have to supervise a legitimate tard, and my boss has told me to "make sure he feels included" as he sexually harasses my friends and co-workers, and generally fucks up every task that he is assigned. My boss damn well knows about both of these things, but refuses to fire him. As the next highest ranking person other than my boss, all of my coworkers turn to me to solve their problems.

So my job is on drama tech at my uni, and my boss is generally a great person, saved my ass from trouble a few times. But the uni basically accepted the dude cuz his parents donate a fuckton to the school, so they let him do whatever he wants. This isnt the kind of job we'd lose money from due to him, but he is a serious problem in this type of job.

what about giving him some retarded useless task and pat him on the back for it so you get him to fuck off for the whole day?

I'm not the one who assigns the tasks. I've tried doing that. My boss said that they would take them off of jobs that require not being a retard, but they have yet to do it. Generally they get assigned to work either alongside me, or my coworker who he has been stalking for about 3 years.

Bartender, I'm a lazy piece of shit and am at the cliff's edge. Either I man up and become a functioning adult or I may as well shoot someone because jail is free rent. Why am I lazy? I don't even enjoy my freetime. I'm moving to a new city to jumpstart myself but I might fall back into the same habits again. Brainfog is unrelenting. Mulled wine ought to clear that up.

Who else here feels totally defeated? I've decided I'll never have children because I don't think it's fair or ethical to bring new human lives into a world that I believe is dying. Humans have irreversibly fucked the planet's environment and soon there will be a cascade of ecological failures. Every day my resentment towards my parents grows because they were part of the generation that made this possible. I'm the 4th child in my family and I really believe that it would have been a more responsible decision for them to have aborted me rather than add another human to the population.
