You seem to have misunderstood what I wrote. The SJW part wasn't trying to solve the problems, it was thinking that the solution was integration. Both blacks and whites have problems from trying to live in the same society. Trying to be separate in the same place was bad but trying to be together in the same place is just a bit less bad in some ways. They shouldn't have tried to be in the same place.
Since that was long ago, maybe they had to way of knowing better and that would be a decent excuse but nowadays there's no reason to still think it's a good idea.
