"Fault" here is difficult to determine. "White people brought blacks here" sure fault. "White people did nothing to better their social level after abolishing slavery", sure fault. "other races have been through the same shit and now own all convenience stores, do better in college, or other pro-social activities that allow them to be equal to or better than whites", interesting.

If someone stabs someone, they're at fault, sure. It's the motive that's interesting to me.

They don't commit 70% of violent crime. They commit about 38%, which isn't that surprising if you consider that they have a 20% poverty rate compared to white's 8%.
