Believe it or not physical attractiveness is not something girls care all that much about. Sure it's nice but they care way more about intangible things like how fun you are to be around, having a good sense of humor, being interesting and engaging, and how well you hold a conversation. You don't even need to have good looks, money or status. A well developed personality is all it can take for women to find you attractive.
