I weight 120 lbs and have very little muscle mass. Weight loss would only be aesthetic for me.

Look at where most of the weight was lost too before you get sassy. Nearly all of it was her belly, some in the shoulders (it's a bad angle) and boobs (could be anything) and she lost less than 3% of her total weight. That's nothing, women her height can easily be 45kg/100lbs and that'd be near 20% of her "before" weight. Men would kill to get a flat belly that easily.

You're right, I forgot about that (and the other poster was probably hinting this too), but there's barely a noticeable difference in tone and the "minimal exercise" part made it sound like she was a threadmill fgt. Crossfit chicks tend to have a bit more visible tone in their arms from my experience.

I've lost close to 30 lbs over the last 2 months, my pants don't fit anymore and my shirts are a little baggy now, but it feels good. I've noticed that when I wake up in the morning now I'm not groggy/exhausted, I just feel normal/refreshed.

I'm about 10lbs off from my ideal weight for my height, I think once I get there I'm gonna start really focusing on building strength/muscle

Absolute shit. I've hit plateau and cant lose even a bit of weight for about 5 weeks.

Nothing really specific user.. just generic body wash sometimes and then generic bar soap other times.
I probably need something that's actually made to deal with acne but no idea what to get.

Go to a dermatologist and get isotretinoin. It worked for me.
