How fit can you really get without roids?

I've come to realization that almost all people we consider fit are on roids. I know fat guys who are big, and i know skinny guys who are "fit" but i have yet to meet a natural guy who is both. Are bodies like this even attainable naturally? Is it all just a meme?

I've been lifting for 10 years now, i look big when fat during the winter, but when i cut i look like this cunt more or less. i've followed strict guides
>300 calories up for bulk,
>300 calories down for cut
>i even ate kale and asparagus
>1rm, 5x5, and 30 other programs "that really work"
I am still a 1 inch further from where i started 10 years ago. I am about 99% convinced we have been bullshited into believing we can ever attain similar physiques like this one. Not tying to depress anyone, or start an incell thread, but lets be real - how many of you who exercise daily for few years and who give it a 100% in gym look even close to this? My guess is - none.

Natty you can’t have both, and if you start going for both your body recieves mixed stimulus and just does fucking nothing. Stan Efferding brought this up, if you are bodybuilding, why would you ever do cardio? Lifting weights tells your body to make more muscle fibers, running or whatever tells your body to get to the minimal amount of muscle required, one anabolic stimulus + one catabolic stimulus = nothing happens

Nattys either have to choose, big and buff 15-20% bodyfat or cut 8-12% bodyfat but way smaller, on roids however this doesnt apply since your hormones are anabolic no matter what you do

1 in a 100.000 or 1 in a million is not something we can use here.. if it's achievable by a minuscule of people naturally and everyone else has to use roids to get there, you could just as well say that it's pretty much not achievable naturally for the majority of people. If you want to maximise musclw building then no.

Instead of cardio do 2 hypertrophy workouts to create the calorie deficit instead, pure cardio like running tells your body to get rid of muscle since muscle is oxygen demanding while weightlifting tells your body to recruit/maintain the muscle on your body

You're right, no one is gonna look like Dwayne Johnson without roids, it's a fact.

And although I never aimed to look like Dwayne Johnson, I did aim to get bigger, and that's exactly what I'll do, just not to the point I may have imagined before.

And as far as chicks go... I honestly think that although every girl gets swoon at the rock when they see him on TV, seeing a guy with an all-natural muscled up physique (as relatively small as that may be) in REAL LIFE is a head turner, I do believe people are realistic enough to look at a fully natural guy and still think 'damn, that's a good bod'.

Most men nowadays are soibois or fat slobs. It's not that hard to stand out.

How about you workout consistently for 3-5 years with good diet, and then if you still dont look like you lift, roid to your hearts content.

Building up a large muscular base takes a long time and a large amount of effort, as well as discipline of diet.

Seriously. I work in an office and almost everyone looks like shit. I'm almost 40 and look better than guys 10 years younger than me. Just exercising regularly will make you better than your peers, especially as you get older.

Women prefer otter mode, which thankfully is attainable natty. It's not as easy as some people make it out to be, but imo 2-3 years of work and keeping body fat down, then cutting to 12-15% in the spring and summer = as good as its going to get.

And it's pretty damn good.

The bench press hadn't even been invented yet. Workout routines were pretty retarded back then, but they worked hard at it while eating plenty of meat and managed to get some results. On the other hand, xenoestrogens hadn't been invented yet either.

No i mean to get to 200% of what's naturally / genetically possible for you you have to go through 100% (logically), so after staying a 200% for couple of decades, once you quit juicing it is expected for you to drop to your natural limit (100%), so they all do. But when they do, they're not looking like advertised, they infact look like dyle-s. that's my point. Clearly even when you reach the natural maximum, there's no guarantee that you won't look like just a bit larger shitty mess that you always look like..
