Anyway, I don't remember anything i may have learned in school about nutrition. The problem is probably more ignorance than a constant ruse by the government.
The precedent was set for what is considered healthy and now shifting from to sugar being perfectly fine and fat being generally unhealthy is going to probably never happen, and most people will just die with shitty livers at 50 until we nuke ourselves into oblivion.

i recently found out that after years of being obese and having elevated liver enzyme levels that I am now in the normal bmi range and have normal liver enzymes, probably due to the fact that I switched from a high refined carb diet to cooking mainly bean/meat stew, chicken/veggie/brown rice/siracha meal preps, and bacon and eggs, and lifting at least once a week (full body workout until hypertrophy with a little cardio at the end). I'm drunk off deer piss at the moment to celebrate.
