Could i get a routine for ottermode?
This is me, i haven't gained weight in over a year and I'm on fucking cruise control.

I'm trying that routine at the moment, but it's gone it a lot of criticism on this board for being all round terrible

more importantly, what not to do

not that ss isn't great, it's but it's focused on athleticism not looks

too much shit, won't work; get out of that mindset that more exercises = more gains
it does not work like that at all
if you wanna look good you got to get good in what matters

just do arnold golden six and sick with it
start eating more food (ie meat and eggs) since that's where most skelly fail with their bs excuses
a bitchy twinkle like you should be eating like 24 eggs a day if you want get otter in 6 mo or so

ivysaur 448, add facepulls, add leg raises, do 5 sets instead of 4, do chinups every workout. eat well, sleep well, train hard. u'll explode if you do it right, trust me, i speak from experience and no i wont post body i'm still work in progress

and to add to that, add curls on the day you dont do barbell rows, imo it's a very good balanced beginners routine with enough volume but not too much

If you put an egg in a bowl and then microwave it for 1 and a half minute it's good to go. Quickest way to get protein.

Don't do this it'll pop everywhere.

Fried or poached is tastiest way and they slide right down.

2x15lb DBs
2x5lb ankle weights
2x40lb DBs

That's all you need to get decently ripped especially if you already have low bf%.

blend that shit and drink it everyday. An easy way to get in a few more calories. Just eat more in general, it doesn't matter if you're hungry you need to remember to eat

Literally if you start now doing push pull-ups and some form of an exercise and practice static holds. You could be otter by April. Just add weight to push ups and pull ups when they get easy. Add in some dips. EAT GOOD.

there's a bunch of fucked up things about this, 3x5 is a retarded rep range for most of these movements, 800 cal deficit is retarded unless you're a fat fuck but even then its a lot, there's like 15 different movements this shit would take like 2 hours to even complete
