The show isn’t ugly to me at all. I thought it was ugly until I started watching it. As for the plot etc, that’s a different story

If you have a training partner to help you get forced reps going past failure that’s even better, don’t push insanely hard until you master form, especially on risky exercises like the deadlift

I've seen at least one filler arc that was complete trash, and the arc where they were trying to replace the Going Merry and then on into their fight against CP9 on the island with the name I can't remember in order to rescue Robin. That was actually not half bad, but the art style remained deliberately appalling throughout. I also saw that zombie shadow island whatever arc, which was thoroughly terrible.

I like lots of popular anime. This one just happens to be shit.

Makes sense to group certain muscle groups that are commonly targeted together
