I would say priced up to kill the stupid. I make about $15/hr yet I live really good in a place where most claim to only live paycheck to paycheck. However I have a means of finding cheap food, clothing, housing. Not everyone does and those are the people who suffer really.

Why would you do this. Walmart is overpriced compared to places like Quadro or Bravo. Plus I've made relationships with some people at the local flea market so even greens aren't that bad. They gave me 20lbs of collards for free last time.

Many younger people can't even make it through our apprenticeship program at my utility which ends with you making a base pay of $43/hr and any time over double which you will do since most of us only work 4 days a week. The class of groundmen starts at usually 64 and only 13 make it out of climbing school it's silly.

Sorry, just a habit that people in the electrical business have but that's for apprentice linemen. I only know this attrition stuff because I help out with climbing school that we run and the field day of new people physical abilities test. Either you have countless people working (for free?) to bring food to other people (as it spoils), or people come to you and wait in line (for how long...). Do people take whatever amount they want?
