I literally did this kind of shit for years. I walked around with a pack and a sleeping bag, hitch hiked, hopped freight trains and learned a lot about myself and what I was missing. I met a lot of similar people that way, and fixed a lot of my social anxieties. Maybe you should give it a shot?
