I usually kill the ones that are on the phone and talk about how they're pregnant again and are narrowing down who the father is. That just pisses me off.
I also go on indiscriminate killing sprees with an axe sometimes. That new one that sends you into a blood rage or whatever is great, you can just shrug off bullets and hack down the police if you can keep your kill streaks up. If you can't then it's over, you'll likely be really weak and die in one shot.
I've made it up to 4 stars with those sprees, I want to try for 5 later.
