Yes, I can live comfortably on that. I spend maybe $150 on food and other necesseties, so I effectively have a surplus of $965/month. I save $375 of this and blow the rest on booze and my hobbies (I'm currently restoring an old motorcycle, for example).

yeah pretty unbelievable m8. I'm a burger and the conclusion I've drawn is that scandinavia is great if you're a poor uneducated person, or NEET, because of all the welfare and safety nets.
If you're actually capable of having a white collar profession then America beats the shit out of any yurocuck country due to how much more we make. A software dev in the US makes 250k+ at a top company while in europe you make like 60k max and pay higher taxes.
