Shit happens everywhere but much less in the South. In the southeast where I live (Sao Paulo), it happens all the time too but not as bad as like, the fucking rest of the country. I can't even fathom what it's like living in other states, because from what I've been told it's even more dystopic than here. I also don't get why Italy gives out citizenships to everybody like that. If you have direct Italian citizenship you can go to the consul and they give out that shit but it's a long, somewhat arduous process. In my case where I got Spanish citizenship it was a shitton of luck, like really a lot of luck. I shouldn't even have gotten it. I should be extremely grateful that I did. I think almost noone has Spanish citizenship. There are a lot of Brazilians who have Italian citizenship though, but only in SP or the South and middle-class. 99% of Brazilian population aren't elegible for European citizenship, if that's what you're asking. It's just us who are from SP and are white.
