Neets never even had a chance.

Yeah what the fuck
Where should people work at first?

too many goddamn low tier workers competing for work. this is preciselt why immigrants with no skills need to be kept out. it's mcdonalds wet dream to have 50 turds to choose from for each position.

Can confirm, I've gone to dozens of interviews and no matter how intelligent I presented the person with previous eperience at a restaurant got the job. This system is so fucking rigged.

You're better off just having a friend who works there vouch for you. The game was honked from the start.

Literally just lie. If you are so retarded you can't figure that out, you do not have the IQ/world experience/social skills to be suitable for the job. That is literally what the employer is testing you for. IF YOU CAN'T BS YOUR WAY THROUGH A JOB INTERVIEW, YOU CAN'T SUCCESSFULLY DO ANY JOB.

You need to have had a job to get a job.
You need to have had a gf to get a gf.

imagine failing a fucking dishwasher interview holy shit

Lie until they ask for references.

>Literally just lie
If you mention in the resume that you worked somewhere, they might call the previous employer.

Which is why you put the phone number to your friend/brother/acquaintance/random person you paid off of Fiverr like I did/parent, as a reference.

You really think they are going to check references let alone ask for them at a deadbeat chain shithole restaurant for a dishwashing job.

They do tho, I've seen it first-hand

Imagine sitting around wasting your fucking life away because "wahh I don't want to experience 15 minutes of unpleasantness and it's mildly bothersome to actually go and get some shit done even though it would feel extremely rewarding once I finally do it and would improve my life manifold"
LOL

They start doing that until the pay hovers around ~$20/hr. I've extended the tenure of my job history by multiple years and still got hired. As long as you can speak as though you adequately understand the demands of the job, ask questions related to the position, know the "lingo" they use, that overrides bullshitting the resume. if you want all your bases covered, do this, but in my experience its not absolutely necessary.

well I've had tons of restaurant/fast-food/retail interviews and they've never asked for references. what places have you applied to?

lie, and put fake names and numbers for references. yes it works. its the go to strategy for normies with shitty resumes

I stumbled upon an extremely chill employer. Difference was night and day from the other ones. Had no job exp, didnt pry me abt what i had been doing, didnt ask stupid template questions like why i chose this company, whats my strong points etc. Could tell from my resume i was about to take anything and i got it. Theres more fun wageslave work out there anyway, gl op :)

I'm just going to live off my savings for the next decade and watch as things deteriorate further and further.

I look back fondly on my days as a scrub dishwasher, McCuck crew member, theater usher etc.

Because now I am shitposting from a porcelain throne making money, stacking sick hours and benefits, 401k etc. in a few years I hope to have my own mancave condo/lair

Get back to work, scrubs

This.

It's McDonald's. A ten year old could do the job.

Just put a business that went out of business recently. That way they can't call HR. But instead, give them one of your friend's phone numbers who will pretend to have been your past supervisor.

I know this seems absurd, but here in europe where i live, they do.

I went all around the city asking every shop, supermarket, resturant, etc., if they need someone.
They usually reply that they either aren't searching for anybody or that they accept resumes only online.

aha sure thing sweety

Uhh seriously user. Your 10 min break is over

I wish i had a job anony

you need to be mexican

Even mentally challeneged people have jobs I don't think you have an excuse

People are literally forced to hire them.

I think most of the anti-work threads are a combination of
1)propaganda by organized anti-capitalist shills that want us to buy into some form of socialism (UBI)
2)pessimistic people with really bad anxiety and low self-esteem who catastrophize about not being able to find work or about how everything would go wrong if they had a job
3)people who want to reduce the competition for themselves so that are fewer stable, productive men with jobs to steal away potential girlfriends

Yup.

Ubgyvfrihdyh

What does that have to do with this thread? Retard

>anti-work threads
Op here, this isn't anti-work. I literally want a job, any kind of job, but i can't get it.

>1)propaganda by organized anti-capitalist shills that want us to buy into some form of socialism (UBI)
Please go back to Jow Forums

STFU with this bullshit... I just got hired at an Amazon warehouse for $16.50 an hour and they never even asked if I had a previous job. They just did an easy drug test and background check. Took less than a week. Lmfao. I my last job didn't ask for prior experience either.
