What would be the consequences of wearing pic related in you're cunt-ry?

people will call you the cringelord

this desu

depends on the area
but in like California or New York you'd probably get attacked and possibly killed

What about rural Kentucky or rural Louisianna?

at home? nothing
in public? cops would make you wear it insideout

What? Is it illegal to wear it in Straya?

Flabby, green-haired, turbolesbian SJWs would curse and awkwardly throw fat hammerfists at me.

That sounds SO Canadian!

I am not that familiar with those places so I probably can't say but if they're mostly white and not overly indoctrinated in that certain way of thinking then you're probably safe.

There are certainly areas in the middle of the country or maybe mid-east which I could imagine myself wearing that and having big issues.
Like certain parts of Ohio and North Virginia and im not talking super poor either these are nice areas.
Really though the indoctrination is deep and wide spread so even in those areas I could imagine alot of people being turned off by it and having the "oh may god" psychological reaction so it might be more of a person by person basis and I am still making alot of assumptions here.
It really is sickening though how so many swallow the self-hating Joo worshiping agenda in return for this absurd false utopianism (which is a bullshit guise anyway) that our people never wanted in the first place.
But hey atleast Communism is cool and works for the elites ((and them)) so you can glorify communism and Stalin and its alrighttt.
but don't you dare glorify Hitler you fucking goy or put his symbol or we'll fucking destroy your life and justify violence against you.

and "not" having big issues

whoops, bad typo

none, only faggots follow the jews

butilka in zhopa at best
brutal murder at worst

Getting sued for using anti-constitutional symbols.
Up to 3 years prison or a hefty fine.
That is if it's not explicitly for artistic purposes (If you wear that because you are currently playing a Nazi in a movie, it's no problem)

pretty ridiculous you can get "sued" for using a symbol
but then against getting sued for "denying a historical event" or having a non-approved perspective about it is even worse
fucked up world

Antifas would attack me and people would give me weird looks

1. people will insult you and make fun of you
2. take pictures of you and upload them in twitter or facebook to insult you and make fun of you
3. people would look at you with a "are you fucking kidding me..." look

Can't you say you're doing street performance art?

whats the point?
even if he gets away with it there is still the injustice built into the system.
it probably isn't worth it.

Wearing that symbol shows that you at least condone murder, if you're not a murderer yourself. Murder is illegal last I checked.

nothing more than drawing some stares I think. maybe you'd get into a fight in the more criminal neighborhoods

It really is a historical and cultural thing.
The USA was founded by revolting against the British Empire and to give freedom to the people.
I find it rather ridiculous that only someone born in America can become President or how much power your President has or how the populace can get guns so easily, but those are to prevent the brits from taking over again.
The Federal Republic of Germany was founded to be a bulwark against the socialist block to the east and to prevent anything like the Third Reich from ever happening again.
Thus, it is necessary to have such legal weapons against the people who support the Third Reich.
I do agree that punishment for denying the Holocaust isn't a very good idea, simply because it gives the Right-wingers the opportunity to portray themselves as victims, even though they are the absolute last ones who deserve that.

Yeah, pretty sure id be in jail

A laugh.

There would be be no issue.

a symbol is a symbol
and no the Nazi party was not founded so that murder could be legalized or to murder people
also I could easily and more logically say the same thing about the Soviet symbol but I don't feel I have the right to murder someone or attack someone for wearing it nor assume I know exactly what the symbol means to them or why they are wearing it

>I find it rather ridiculous that only someone born in America can become President
That doesn't seem like a big deal to me.
Maybe I would agree that an immigrant who has been a citizen for enough time and is truly assimilated should be allowed but even if it was only 2nd generation and onwards its not that strange or a big deal to me.

>or how the populace can get guns so easily
because the only way to maintain a consensual Government is through force
its also why the founding fathers were against standing armies outside of war times
Doesn't seem to me like modern Germans really have much of an understanding of what freedom, liberty and consensual Governments are and I doubt they'd agree with the idea that Governments gain their power through consent of the citizens and that citizens have the right to revoke that power and build something new.
Then theres issues of freedom of association which have long been trampled on and centralization of power and everything else but now im rambling so ill stop.

>Thus, it is necessary to have such legal weapons against the people who support the Third Reich.
Not really.
Its necessary if you think people are dumb and must be "controlled" by a higher authority and so speech and expression must be censored so the wrong ideas don't catch on.
If the majority of Germans wanted a "3rd Reich again" then they have the right to it.
No man or group of men/women inherently has the right to rule over others.
The truth is what the people believe
there can be no ministry of truth for anything including history

I'd go straight to jail.

Based Japan.

>a symbol is a symbol
Yes, it symbolizes something. Which is why it is called a symbol. If you wear a symbol then you want to show people something. Even if you don't they will still see something, because that's how symbols work. Most people also won't care why the Nazi party was founded, that's not what they got famous for. And yes, the soviet symbol is just as bad. You just don't want to attack a person wearing it because it is not a symbol you have anything against. Are you sure you'll have the same attitude when seeing a symbol that makes you think of unpleasant things?

Depending on the area, most people would either gasp and walk away from me or beat me up. Maybe in some places I'd get a few laughs

Also the idea of consensual government is a joke. If your government wanted you out of the way right now none of your guns would help you.

That depends on a lot of factors, what your "street performance art" was, the judge, your lawyer, your history with stuff like that.
If you are known for controversial but harmless street art, you actually did some artistic stuff, your lawyer is good and the judge rather permissive, you might get away with it.
If you have a police record of violence, especially against typical targets of right-wingers, are a member of some right.wing extremist group, your "art" was just walking around, your lawyer is shit and the judge strict, you're pretty much fucked.
>If the majority of Germans wanted a "3rd Reich again" then they have the right to it.
They do not.
Germany is not a pure democracy, germany is a democratic republic.
In practice, the power does not lie with the people, but with the law.
Of course, through force, the majority of germans might be able to overthrow the government, but whatever they create afterwards would not be legitimised by the then probably former Federal Republic of Germany.
On the contrary, it is the right of every german citizen to defend the state against those who undermine the in Article 20 determined order of the republic.
Should, through corruption of the government, parliament and constitutional court, a "new Hitler" take power in germany, even if the majority voted for that person's party, it would be absolutely legal for me to take a gun and shoot them.

People will find it fashionable.

I have alot of things I am "against" but I don't think I have the right to use violence against people who support them.
when people have different opinions and its bad enough they should work together so there can be compromise and go their separate ways.
most people, even the Nazis who sorry were just ordinary European peoples and not le evil boogeymans didn't want war or violence or death.
also before Jewish influence grew so strong in the West it was not a big deal to wear a Nazi symbol or like Hitler and his gang even after WW2.
they were quite popular among Sweden/Britain and many European places especially prior to the war which was a complicated affair and not just "evil raciss demonic Germany attacked the world and lost" or some absurd oversimplified modern propaganda we are fed regarding everything from that time period.
The point is civilized people do not attack others over symbols or speech.
You do not have the right to put your hands on someone because they wear a Nazi or Soviet symbol.
Just as a black person does not have the right to attack a white person if they call him a nigger.

Not really.
Its a joke if you believe people must accept subjugation under the rich and their puppet Governments and can't even think about fighting back.
You know whats also a joke, believing democracy exists in America and most of Europe, it doesn't.
The founding fathers fought for freedom and consensual Governance and for awhile got pretty close to having something like that for the people.
Then as they warned we lost it as big Government, centralization and collectivism took it all away.
Also if the Government wants a few people gone yeah they can do it.
If the movement is massive enough then no they can't just get rid of it especially if the movement is well armed and prepared to fight.
Maybe once the elites have robot soldiers that will change but its not that late in the game yet.

Well aren't you such a pacifist. Or more like a passive coward that hopes everyone is nice and nothing bad will ever happen. I guess nobody has the right to do anything until someone dies even though earlier action could have prevented that murder.

>In practice, the power does not lie with the people, but with the law.
Who cares?
If the majority of Germans disagree with "the law" and the "system" they live under in general and want to create something new they have the right to revoke their consent to the current system and demand its dissolution or attempt to overthrow it if it attempts to keep control over the land and its people without the consent of said people.
No one has the inherent right to rule over others or control the system they live under without consent. Thats subjugation not representation. Thats evil.
And who the hell cares if the former Republic didn't acknowledge its "legitimacy".
The Republic would be gone and something new would be in place hopefully something the people could actually support and be proud of and feel they have some actual control over.

>If the majority of Germans disagree with "the law" and the "system" they live under in general and want to create something new they have the right to
No.
They may have the power to do so.
But not the right.
Might does not make right.

Who said I am pacifist?
I just believe there's enough room in the world that people can live separately the way they want.
That societies should be made up of people who want to live together and share similar values or want to live in a certain way under certain conditions.
Rather then trying to force everyone under the same umbrella which only causes division and misery but is necessary for centralized powers who want to control the whole fucking world and subjugate everyone.
And yes I am against violence because in truth I think it is rarely necessary.
As you saw I support populaces being well armed and working together to keep Government honest and consensual.
That is not cowardly.

>I just believe there's enough room in the world that people can live separately the way they want.
So you're very naïve on top of everything else?

Ok well they don't have "the right" under a non-consensual undemocratic system in the same way citizens of an absolute monarchy don't have the right to do anything but what they are told.
But in my opinion Government and "the system" and "the laws" only hold power based on the peoples belief in them and their consent to them.
Without that consent such things are void and meaningless and there can be no external 3rd party or even constitution beyond their control that permanently sets immutable rules over them.
Citizens have the right to control every aspect of their country not just work within a permanent overton window built by people along time ago.
And using "might" to keep people obedient to a system they don't agree with is the real abuse of might makes right.

There is nothing naive about it.
Population growth is the only real threat to such a free and decentralized world but really outside of Africa and India no such problems really exist.
So with proper border controls and at home aid for struggling countries we could easily create a world with a lower/stable population and a sort of "free market" for Governments.

And I mean yes I know none of this will ever happen and I would be naive to believe otherwise but I accept the world the way it is.
I don't really care about politics and I know the world has always had plenty of injustness and unfairness in it. I don't waste much time worrying over it.

people will say I'm based

I would be arrested, beaten up or killed.

undefined fine and/or up to 10 years

In Reykjavík, specifically the 101 area, you'd likely face-near constant banshee shrieks from the SJWs. I seriously doubt anyone would actually touch you though, just shriek.

Outside of 101, and even more specifically outside of the capital region, I doubt people would even notice. The only exception to this would be tourists on the south coast, who make or make not go nuts depending on where they are from.

Would a communist symbol get you arrested or beat up in yurope? Im sure most are still angry about commieniggers fucking half the continent over for 50 yeats.

some would laugh, some would call you a wanker

no
but if you wanna get beat up in austria wear a kippah

My parents would disown me and people would beat me up.

getting arrested and harrassed, assaulted
