They do, but it saves to a different folder depending on what folder you download pictures to, and which browser you use

Photoshop, Fraps, Discord, etc. aren't games. Even if Windows is necessary in your case for playing games there are plenty of other free software alternatives for programs other than games.

Yeah no. Everything on the windows side is for gaming including Discord (gotta keep in touch with my LoL buddies). Fraps is an FPS counter so I don't know how you can hate on that.
I've gotta keep my windows half in working order which is why I have things like Fraps and ASC. The rest is just stuff for building mods since last I checked the GECK doesn't work with GNU.

Free as in freedom, not as in price, Normie. GIMP is a great alternative to Photoshop that respects the user's freedoms. Instead of Discord, you should try to convince your gaming buddies to use Mumble. There are also many free and open source programs that can count your FPS.

from those programs you mention, the only that can be saved from having a little bit of quality is Krita but Sai is 2000000x better and can manage insane resolutions.(and also every drawing pad is tested with SAI first)
Gimp is a joke and the UI is shit, the memory consumption is very high even compared with PS2018.
Inkscape is shit and can't even compete against Flash CS6. (also I don't like illustrator because the tool management is SHIT)

Sai only has half baked hardware acceleration support, plus, it costs a shit load of money. krita is just as fast and capable, and is free as in freedom. It also works with every drawing pad I have tried.
